An LLM-only matcher cannot explain a score, and cannot run in CI.

08 What I would improve next
- Build a labeled evaluation set and calibrate scores against recruiter-reviewed matches.
- Expose weighted features and counterfactuals so every recommendation can be inspected.
- Add local-first redaction, retention controls, and bias audits before accepting sensitive resumes at scale.
