What I would improve next
- Authenticate approvers and store a signed, queryable approval record with the artifact version.
- Add approval timeouts, escalation, cancellation, and multi-reviewer quorum for higher-risk releases.
- Version prompts and policies, then enforce per-run model, tool, latency, and cost budgets.
